Dr. Grant Mitchell is an entrepreneur and leader in the fields of healthcare, technology, and machine learning. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Every Cure, he is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging artificial intelligence to advance disease treatment through drug repurposing.
With a strong background in launching and operating health and technology companies, Dr. Mitchell has navigated CEO roles within both life sciences and technology organizations. Prior to founding Every Cure, he served as a Principal in Analytics at McKinsey & Company’s artificial intelligence division, QuantumBlack. In this capacity, he led teams that pioneered the application of machine learning algorithms and real-world evidence databases to predict health outcomes across diverse subpopulations based on drug type.
Dr. Mitchell played a crucial role in supporting Dr. David Fajgenbaum (co-Founder of Every Cure), in the quest for a cure for his own rare disease, further collaborating on the CORONA project. This shared commitment to advancing rare disease research and drug repurposing led to the establishment of Every Cure, which brings together their expertise in clinical training, advanced analytics, and forward-thinking methods to enhance patient outcomes.
Dr. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University, an MD from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
